Shrenik G. Shah, MD
Chairman - Medical Advisory Committee
Dr. Shrenik Shah is a non practicing physician with 37 years of clinical experience as an Internist, in Bloomfield, NJ. During his practice, he had a a significant exposure to home health care, and its related issues. As a professional courtesy to his patients, he also was available for home visits for them when needed, which augmented his depth in understanding problems entailed in care of such patients. We are proud to have him as a Chairman of our Medical Advisory committee
Dr. Nirman Tulsyan
Wound Care Medical Advisor
Dr. Nirman Tulsyan is a board-certified vascular surgeon. He is also board-certified in Wound Medicine. He was born in New York and grew up in New Jersey. He graduated Valedictorian of his class from Stevens Institute of Technology then attended medical school at the University of Medicine & Dentistry New Jersey. He subsequently completed a General Surgery residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital and a Research & Vascular Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He has been providing care to the residents of northern New Jersey for the last fifteen years. He founded Heritage Wound Care after he saw so many patients with poor wound healing or limb loss that could have likely been avoided with early and aggressive intervention. We welcome him As a result of his frustration, he decided to create a practice that would focus on clinical outcomes and limb preservation. Heritage Wound Care is rigorous in applying proven strategies for healing wounds and as a result of his leadership and guidance the wound healing statistics for the practice are among the top in the country! His focus on vascular assessment to determine wound healing potential combined with aggressive treatment protocols has resulted in patient referrals from New York and cities throughout New Jersey. His goal is to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care and has a positive patient experience. We honor to have him as a Wound Care Medical Advisor.

She has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. Her vast experience includes working in local hospitals, nursing and rehabilitation centers, private duty and home health care nursing.

MARYANN SKAFLESTAD has been a manager in the home care industry for 37 years. Her vast experience in all facets of the industry has made her an asset as our Operations Manager.

MARIA SANTIAGO, our Head Staffing Coordinator, has brought 30 years of home care experience to Faith Home Healthcare. She is bilingual, organized and has a wonderful rapport with our aides and clients alike.
